The term “Management” means the Management Corporation and/or it’s Managing Agent are/is responsible for the management and maintenance of the condominium

The duties of the Management are to primarily manage and maintain the “common property” within Haig Court. In order to provide a high standard of management to the condominium, professional staff and contractors have been engaged to discharge the duties of the Management. To enable the Management, cleaning and security staff, etc., to carry out their duties properly, they must not be used by any resident for his own interest, nor must they receive any instructions from any person other than the Management, that may conflict with their normal duties.

We have provided an estate management team on site who are able to answer your queries and to provide prompt and efficient service. ACCESS CARDS

Each apartment shall be entitled to an initial issue of Lift Lobby access cards free of charge for access to the individual lift lobby and side gates. Subsequent addition or replacement of the access cards will be subject to a charge of $50.00 per card.

To access the lift lobby and side gate, simply place your card over the card reader. The indicator at the card reader will light up to show that the door is unlocked. Push the door open to enter. It will automatically lock once it closes.

VEHICLE TRANSPONDER
A separate vehicle transponder will also be issued for vehicular access to the condominium, only when the resident apply for the Haig Court Car Label. Subsequent addition or replacement of the transponder shall be subject to a charge of $50.00.

VISITORS
Visitors to your home are required to call you via the intercom located outside the lift lobby at the 1st storey and basement. Upon verification, you may activate the access to the lift lobby by pressing the button provided at your apartment’s intercom system, and advise your visitors to push the door open and enter. To exit from inside the lift lobby, simply press the exit button located at the side of the door, which will be unlocked automatically.
